Note that by joining the club you are agreeing to your data being shared with members of the committee to allow them to fulfil their duties. By entering any race or time trial you are agreeing to your name and racing category being published with the results.

Facebook Page: Southend Wheelers run a closed Facebook Group bat when requesting to join, please allow the administrators time to grant you access. Note that only members will be accepted into the group.

Social & Training Rides: The club meets every Sunday at Canewdon Village Hall from 10:00 for social / training rides with organised rides starting at 9am from Rochford Market Square all finishing at Canewdon Village Hall for tea and cakes. New members are always welcome and all abilities are catered for. Further details can be found by clicking here.

Committee Meetings: The Committee generally meets on the 3rd Friday of each month. If you have any items that you wish to raise with the Committee you may do so through either the Members' Rep - Nick Elliston - email: or you are welcome to attend a meeting. If you wish to attend any Committee meeting please can you let me know a week in advance so that the item to discuss is included on the agenda.

Marshalling: Under the rules of the Club, all current senior members are required to carry out a minimum of 3 duties at racing events. Please refer to the marshalling page for a list of requirements and the current status of volunteers for each events.
